REMEMBER THOSE LITTLE PREEMIE BLANKETS I MADE AWHILE BACK? I MADE 4 PINK BONNETS AND GOWNS TO GO WITH SOME OF THEM. I HAD TO TAKE A PICTURE OF A GOWN LAYING ON ONE OF THE BLANKETS. THANK YOU HANNAH FOR THE BLANKET MATERIAL AND THANK YOU PATSY FOR THE GOWN MATERIAL. SOMEONE GAVE PATSY THE MATERIAL AT A YARD SALE LAST YEAR. A GREAT BIG THANK YOU FOR THE SECRET DONATION.
I WISH YOU COULD SEE THE LITTLE STARS GOING DOWN THE FRONT OF TWO OF THE GOWNS. MAYBE IF YOU CLICK ON THE PICTURE YOU CAN SEE THEM. I FOUND THIS FOR .75 REGULAR 3.23. I ALSO GOT SOME BLUE MOONS FOR THE BOYS.

ReplyDeleteAawwwwww! So sweet! Just beautiful!!
ReplyDeleteI've been meaning to ask how I would go about offering the few crocheted lap blankets I made. I would like them to go to cancer patients in the hospital.
You have inspired me!!!!!!
I'm going to start making some shoulder wraps for the women - would you happen to have a crochet pattern (or even a sewing pattern)? If not, I'll search the internet.
[hugs] Keep up the beautiful creations!!!
HEY MELISA, SO GLAD TO HEAR THAT YOU WANT TO DONATE YOUR WORK. ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS CONTACT A HOSPITAL OR CANCER CENTER NEAR YOU. THEY WILL BE GLAD TO TAKE WHATEVER YOU WISH TO DONATE. I LIVE IN A VERY SMALL TOWN AND I JUST WALKED IN TO BOTH PLACES WITH MY GIFTS AND TOLD THEM I WOULD LIKE TO DONATE THEM. THEY THOUGHT I WANTED TO SELL THEM AT FIRST, I THOUGHT THAT WAS FUNNY. IF THAT DOESN'T WORK OUT THERE ARE TONS OF PLACES YOU CAN MAIL THINGS TO. HERE IS WHERE I GOT THE PATTERN FOR THE SHAWL I MADE FOR THE NURSING HOME. HOPE IT HELPS. BLESS YOU! http://crochetme.com/patterns/wheelchair-wrap
