ReplyDeleteCanning, what do you make? Sauce? I don't think I have canned tomatoes for sauce. Well, we don't have enough space for all that much...but if I did Iwould, I have all the equipment for canning. I've made salsa, and applesauce. tomatillo sauce. A lot of work to be sure..but what a pleasure to go to your pantry...and pluck it out without leaving for the store..priceless....I have to bulk up my sturdy pantry, and do a posting about Pantry's....in these times you need one.
