THESE FLOWERS USED TO BLOOM IN APRIL, IT'S FEBRUARY AND THEY ARE IN FULL BLOOM.
I MADE THESE TO TAKE TO A NURSING HOME IN GEORGIA, THAT'S WHERE AUNT JANELLE'S MOTHER WENT TO LIVE THIS WEEK. THEY HAVE SOMETHING CALLED A BUTTER BEAN AUCTION EVERY WEEK. PEOPLE DONATE ITEMS AND THE RESIDENTS ARE GIVEN 50 BUTTER BEANS EACH, THEY BID ON THE DONATED ITEMS WITH THE BEANS. IT SOUNDS LIKE A LOT OF FUN. SO AUNT JANELLE AND I ARE BUSY MAKING THINGS TO DONATE IN A COUPLE OF WEEKS.
HERE IS WHERE YOU CAN FIND THE PATTERN FOR THE PENNIE POCKETS. I NEED A NEW CAMERA SO YOU NEED TO CLICK ON THE PICTURE TO BE ABLE TO SEE THEM BETTER.

LIP BALM AND HAND LOTION I GOT TO PUT IN THE BAGS. VICKIE MY SISTER-IN-LAW GOT THESE CLIP ON EAR RINGS AND PINS TO DONATE. THEY WERE AFTER CHRISTMAS SALE ITEMS FOR 90% OFF.

LASTLY THIS IS SOME MATERIAL THAT AUNT JANELLE DONATED. THE PINK IS CORDUROY I'LL USE FOR BLANKETS AND THE YELLOW WILL BE USED FOR GOWNS AND FOR ONE SIDE OF THE BLANKETS.
